Installation & Optimisation
Supervised bag installation, tube-sheet leak checks, pulse-cleaning calibration and CFD pulse-mapping to even out cleaning energy across the collector. Where it makes sense, we use on-site laser leak testing during commissioning.
Maintenance & Servicing
Annual maintenance contracts, scheduled change-outs, condition surveys with autopsy of pulled bags, and replacement programs that pay for themselves through extended bag life and lower differential pressure.
Production & Delivery
Engineered lead times for new orders and emergency stock for repeat customers. Sets are kitted, labelled to row/column and shipped with installation aids, minimising shutdown windows.
Commissioning & Leak Testing
Cold & hot commissioning support, fluorescent powder leak detection, opacity baseline, and emissions sign-off, including documentation packs for environmental compliance audits.
