Reverse-Air Filter Bags (RABH)

Purpose-built for the gentle, continuous cleaning cycles of reverse-air baghouses, Masturlal RABH bags are offered in the two fibres that have proven most reliable in this duty—fibreglass and polyester—each engineered to deliver sub-5 mg/Nm³ stack emissions and long service life.

Media Options & Performance Window

Fibre Continuous Temp (°C) Key Attributes Typical Duty

Polyester 150 Cost-efficient, robust flex life Grain, cement packhouses, low-temp boilers

Fibreglass 260 Peak thermal & chemical stability Cement kilns, alumina calciners, sinter plants

(PTFE-impregnated or graphite-lubed)

    • Emission level: ≤ 5 mg/Nm³ (field-validated)

    • Bag diameters: 200 – 400 mm | Lengths: up to 25 m

    • Operating temperature: • Polyester ≤ 150 °C • Fibreglass ≤ 260 °C

    • Cleaning cycles: > 50 000 reverse-air cycles without loss of permeability

    • Quality: ISO 9001 / 14001 manufacture; 100 % seam-integrity and airflow inspection

    • Multi-Ply Structure Outer abrasion shield, mid-loft layer, and fine-denier capture zone engineered to rebound fully after each reverse-air cycle, keeping ΔP stable.

    • Surface Finishes Options include singed, glazed, PTFE dip, graphite lube, oleophobic or anti-static—applied in-house for total process control.

    • Abrasion Protection Reinforced toe-guard, heavy-denier fabrics and optional wear cones extend life in high-velocity inlet zones.

    • Seam Integrity 5-thread safety lock-stitch or ultrasonic welds; every bag is individually air-flow tested before dispatch.

    • Large-volume RABH systems in cement kilns, alumina calciners and coal boilers

    • Steel sinter plants and carbon black furnaces operating at elevated temperatures

    • Food-grade dryers where gentle cleaning preserves product integrity text goes here
